Zingy Melon and Papaya Fruit Salad
This fresh fruit salad would be great as a breakfast treat served with natural yougurt, granola and honey.
Preparation:
- Take the chunks of melon, chopped papaya and place in a bowl.
- Grate the ginger, take the grated fibres and squeeze until the ginger juice emerges. Squeeze into the melon and papaya.
- Add the lime juice. Serve.
