  • 1 small melon (Piel de Sapo/ Honeydew), peeled and chopped into medium sized chunks
  • 1 papaya, ripe
  • 3 inches ginger, peeled
  • 1 lime, juiced

Zingy Melon and Papaya Fruit Salad

This fresh fruit salad would be great as a breakfast treat served with natural yougurt, granola and honey.

Preparation:

  1. Take the chunks of melon, chopped papaya and place in a bowl.
  2. Grate the ginger, take the grated fibres and squeeze until the ginger juice emerges. Squeeze into the melon and papaya.
  3. Add the lime juice. Serve.

Useful tip:

Piel de Sapo melon is a delicious variety of melon - it's so delicious and juicy!
