Wasabi Mayonnaise
A hot dip that tastes great with prawns, fish and other seafood as well as with grilled beef and potatoes.
Preparation:
- Combine the Mayonnaise with the wasabi paste, starting with 1 tsp wasabi and adding more to create a hotter flavour.
- Serve immediately. Store in a cool place.
Useful tip:
Wasabi paste works perfectly as a flavouring to cold sauces where you want a bit of horseradish or mustard character.. more
