Wasabi butter

A hot twist to garlic butter!

Preparation:

  1. Ensure the butter is soft. If it comes straight from the fridge, microwave for a few seconds to soften (do not melt).
  2. Combine the butter with the Wasabi paste and garlic and fill the mixture into a ramekin. Cover with cling film and return to the fridge.

Useful tip:

This butter tastes delicious on steaks, fish, seafood and potatoes.
