Favourite stir fry ever! Such a nice balance of flavours and completely different to any other brand's stir fry! Blue Dragon... you rock!

Duck tastes aromatic, more moist and meatier than chicken, plum sauce complements the duck and wasabi gives it the zin it needed. Pak Choi is easy to cook and goes soft after minutes, onion can be red or spring onion. This dish is quick to prepare and tastes wonderful!

This works equally well with chicken or thin strips of pork. Really fast to do and makes a great 'on the go' lunch served with noodles. Thanks for the idea, Blue Dragon! :o)
