onion, sliced into thick slices

mushrooms, quartered, including Shitake if you have them
- 2
peppers (preferably a mix of colours), sliced into thick strips
- 150g
Tenderstem broccoli, sliced into halves so that the stem and floret are separated
- 1 sachet

Szechuan Pepper Vegetable Stir Fry
A quick and easy vegetarian stir fry packed with the flavour of Szechuan Pepper.
Preparation:
- Heat the oil in a wok and stir fry the onion, mushrooms and broccoli stems for 1-2 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add the peppers and broccoli florets and stir fry for another 1-2 minutes until they are tender (but still retain bite).
- Add the Szechuan Pepper Sauce and heat through (be careful not to overcook the veg!). Once hot, serve with Egg Noodles.
