Sweet Soy with Garlic and Ginger Burgers
A yummy burger recipe for those hungry mouths!
Preparation:
- Take the chopped onion, beef mince, seasoning and Blue Dragon stir fry sauce and mix together in a bowl until well combined.
- Take a handful of the mixture, roll into balls and then flatten them into burger shaped patties.
- In a frying pan, on a grill or over a barbeque, cook the burger on a medium heat for approx. 6-8 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Serve in burger baps with salad leaves, mayo and cheese slices.
Useful tip:
When pan frying or oven cooking meats, especially steak, remember to leave them to rest after cooking... more
