Sweet Chilli Sausages with Mustard Mash
A simple supper dish that the kids will love! The sweet chilli goes really gooey and sticky.
Preparation:
- Preheat an oven to 180°C. Place the sausages in a baking tin and roast until light brown. Pour over the Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce and toss sausages until coated. Replace in the oven and cook until sticky and golden brown.
- Meanwhile, peel and boil the potatoes until soft. Drain and mash with the butter, milk and mustard until smooth and creamy in texture.
- Serve the sausages on the mustard mash, drizzled with the Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce and it tastes great served with crunchy mange tout.
Useful tip:
For a creamier mash substitute 50ml of the milk for 50ml of double cream
