These were so popular with the family the extra sausages I cooked up to go in sandwiches mysteriously disappeared!!
Rather than serve with Mustard Mash I chose to serve the sausages with roasted courgette, red pepper, onion and tomatoes seasoned with garlic and green chilli. When the sausages were cooked I poured some of the sauce from the dish into the plain mashed potato. Delicious!!
