Sweet Chilli Chicken stir fry

This is a really easy stir fry that can be whipped up in minutes.

Preparation:

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan until hot. Add the chicken pieces and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add the beans.
  2. Continue to stir fry until the chicken is cooked through and tender and the beans are cooked but still have bite.
  3. Add the sauce and toss to coat. Remove from the heat and serve with Jasmine rice.
