Stir Fried Pork Fillet with Chilli Sesame Yaki Sauce Prep time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 250g pork fillet, cut into thin strips
  • 1 tsp chillies, chopped
  • 1/2 red pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 green pepper, sliced
  • 50g baby spinach leaves
  • 2 spring onions, trimmed and cut into 2.5cm lengths
  • 1 jar Blue Dragon Chilli Sesame Yaki Sauce
  • 250g Blue Dragon Ramen Noodles (just undercooked and rinsed under cold water)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted to garnish

A delicious Japanese stir fry dish with a sweet and tangy sauce.

Preparation:

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan.
  2. Add the pork and brown on all sides, then add the chilli and remaining vegetables and stir fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the sauce and noodles and heat through. Serve immediately ganished with sesame seeds.
