- 250g
Blue Dragon Ramen Noodles (just undercooked and rinsed under cold water)
- 1 tbsp
sesame seeds, toasted to garnish

Stir Fried Pork Fillet with Chilli Sesame Yaki Sauce
A delicious Japanese stir fry dish with a sweet and tangy sauce.
Preparation:
- Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan.
- Add the pork and brown on all sides, then add the chilli and remaining vegetables and stir fry for 5 minutes.
- Add the sauce and noodles and heat through. Serve immediately ganished with sesame seeds.
