Stir Fried Greens with Blackbean Sauce
A really delicious and quick stir fry, great as a light, mid week meal for two.
Preparation:
- Heat a large wok and add the chilli oil and butter.
- Add the green beans, shallots, mushrooms and garlic and stir fry over a high heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the shredded lettuce and stir fry until the leaves have wilted.
- Stir in the Blue Dragon Black Bean Sauce and heat through, tossing to mix, until the sauce is bubbling.
