Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce Hot
  • 5 tbsp lime juice
  • 5 tbsp Blue Dragon Thai Fish Sauce
  • 5 tbsp runny honey
  • 200g fillet steak ,grilled and then sliced into bite sized pieces
  • 4 shallots, finely chopped
  • 2 sticks lemongrass, bruised and finely sliced
  • 120g tomatoes, chopped
  • 120g cucumber, cut in half lengthways, de-seeded and finely sliced
  • handful mint leaves, stems removed
  • 1 red chilli, finely sliced (for garnish)

An Asian Thai beef salad that will heighten all the senses

Preparation:

  1. Combine Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce Hot, lime juice, Blue Dragon Fish Sauce and honey in a large bowl to create the dressing.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients, toss well and arrange on a plate, garnishing with extra mint leaves and red chilli.
