Spicy Coconut Stir Fry
A delicious creamy yet spicy stir fry, perfect for those meat-free Monday!
Preparation:
- Heat the oil in a wok and add the vegetables, stir fry for 2-3 minutes
- Pour over the Chilli Coconut Sauce and simmer for 1 minute
- Serve with rice or noodles
