Spicy Chicken Satay
This Spicy Chicken Stir Fry is easy to throw together and will soon get the taste buds tingling!
Preparation:
- Heat the oil in a wok and add the chicken, stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the red pepper, spring onions and green beans and stir fry for a further minute.
- Pour over the sachet of Satay Sauce and simmer for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Once piping hot, serve with steamed Jasmine rice.
Useful tip:
To get a great crunch to your vegetables such as peppers and mange tout when you are stir frying, add 3-4 tablespoons of water to your wok while cooking... more
