Spicy Chicken Satay

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 chicken breasts - thinly sliced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 3 spring onions, roughly chopped
  • 150g green beans, trimmed and halved
  • 1 Sachet Blue Dragon Spicy Satay Shot

Spicy Chicken Satay

This Spicy Chicken Stir Fry is easy to throw together and will soon get the taste buds tingling!

Preparation:

  1. Heat the oil in a wok and add the chicken, stir fry for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the red pepper, spring onions and green beans and stir fry for a further minute.
  3. Pour over the sachet of Satay Sauce and simmer for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Once piping hot, serve with steamed Jasmine rice.

Useful tip:

To get a great crunch to your vegetables such as peppers and mange tout when you are stir frying, add 3-4 tablespoons of water to your wok while cooking... more


Stir Fry's are great for using up leftover vegetables and meat. Why not replace the chicken for mushrooms for a meat free meal.
