Punchy Pitta Pockets

Perfect for lunch, a healthy pitta pocket packed with punch

Preparation:

Lightly toast the pitta. When slightly cooled, split the pitta down one side, end to end. Liberally spread the humous inside the pitta, sprinkle over chopped coriander and pop in the lettuce.
Finally drizzle over a little sweet chilli dipping sauce.
