Prawn and Sweet Chilli Avocado
This easy dish is ideal as a quick and healthy starter.
Preparation:
- Take the prawns, add the chopped mango, Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce Hot and lime juice. Mix well.
- Halve the avocado. Place the mixture inside the avocado cavities.
- Serve with toasted wholemeal bread.
Useful tip:
