Pork Fried with Thai Red Curry Paste and Beans

A really simple mid-week meal idea.

Preparation:

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan, add the red curry paste and stir well. Add the pork and stir fry for a minute or two until the meat is cooked through.
  2. Add the beans, fish sauce, coconut cream and sugar, stir thoroughly, then transfer to a serving dish
