Panko Prawns (Ebi Furai)
A crisp and crunchy coating to make these prawns even more irresistable!
Preparation:
- Beat the eggs and dip the prawns into them.
- Then coat the prawns thoroughly with Panko Breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil in a wok or deep fat fryer to 180°C/350°F
- Deep fry the prawns in the oil until golden brown.
- Drain on a piece of kitchen paper and serve immediately.
