Panko Prawns (Ebi Furai)

A crisp and crunchy coating to make these prawns even more irresistable!

Preparation:

  1. Beat the eggs and dip the prawns into them.
  2. Then coat the prawns thoroughly with Panko Breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat the oil in a wok or deep fat fryer to 180°C/350°F
  4. Deep fry the prawns in the oil until golden brown.
  5. Drain on a piece of kitchen paper and serve immediately.

By far the safest way to deep-fry, is with a deep fat fryer... more
