Noodles with Spicy Vegetables
These noodles are highly spiced with chilli and flavoured with sesame seeds for a nutty taste.
Preparation:
- Cook the noodles according to the cooking instructions on pack.
- Toss the noodles with the sesame oil and sesame seeds.
- Heat the sunflower oil in a large preheated wok.
- Add the onion slices mangetout, carrot slices and shredded cabbage to the wok and stir fry for about 5 mins.
- Add the Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce to the wok and cook, stirring occasionally, for a further 2 minutes.
- Add the sesame coated noodles to the wok, toss well to combine and heat through for a further 2-3 minutes. (You may wish to serve the noodles separately, so transfer them to serving bowls.)
- Transferthe Japanese noodles and spicy vegetables to warm serving bowls and garnish with sliced spring onions. Serve immediately.
