Noodles with Spicy Vegetables

These noodles are highly spiced with chilli and flavoured with sesame seeds for a nutty taste.

Preparation:

  1. Cook the noodles according to the cooking instructions on pack.
  2. Toss the noodles with the sesame oil and sesame seeds.
  3. Heat the sunflower oil in a large preheated wok.
  4. Add the onion slices mangetout, carrot slices and shredded cabbage to the wok and stir fry for about 5 mins.
  5. Add the Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce to the wok and cook, stirring occasionally, for a further 2 minutes.
  6. Add the sesame coated noodles to the wok, toss well to combine and heat through for a further 2-3 minutes. (You may wish to serve the noodles separately, so transfer them to serving bowls.)
  7. Transferthe Japanese noodles and spicy vegetables to warm serving bowls and garnish with sliced spring onions. Serve immediately.
