Mango and Coconut Smoothie
A refreshing fruit smoothie or, if you are feeling really indulgent - a base for a cocktail when added to crushed ice and a shot of vodka!
Preparation:
- Place the juice of 1 lime, 1 banana, peeled, 1 small mango, 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream and 100 ml Blue Dragon Coconut Milk into a blender and whizz until smooth and thick.
