Ingredients

  • 1 jar Blue Dragon Thai Red Curry Cooking Sauce
  • 2 chicken breasts (free-range if possible), cut into thin slices (5mm wide)
  • 1 red pepper, cored, deseeded and cut into chunks
  • 100g baby sweetcorn
  • 100g mange tout peas
  • 1 handful coriander, chopped
  • 1 red chilli, finely sliced

Easy Thai Red Curry

The easiest Thai red curry in the world! Ever!

Preparation:

  1. Finely slice the chicken into 1/2 cm pieces.
  2. Chop the baby sweetcorn pieces in half and and dice the pepper.
  3. Bring the Blue Dragon Thai Red Curry cooking sauce to the boil, add the chicken and mange tout and reduce to a simmer.
  4. Cook until tender. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander and finely sliced red chilli. Serve with jasmine rice.

It is important to fry the paste in oil first to release the aromas of the aromatic herbs and spices... more

Oh, the wonderful combination of chilli and coriander, the zin, the aroma, heaven. The chiken, alternatively, can be marinated in soy sauce and vinegar previously before the cooking, it softs the chicken a little and it gives the chicken itself a deep earthy flavoure, wonderful colour and texture. Babycorns can be cut in the middle to make them cook even faster. jasmine rice itself has a wonderful aroma that complements this dish. It looks colourful, tastes wonderful and smells heavenly!
