Oh, the wonderful combination of chilli and coriander, the zin, the aroma, heaven. The chiken, alternatively, can be marinated in soy sauce and vinegar previously before the cooking, it softs the chicken a little and it gives the chicken itself a deep earthy flavoure, wonderful colour and texture. Babycorns can be cut in the middle to make them cook even faster. jasmine rice itself has a wonderful aroma that complements this dish. It looks colourful, tastes wonderful and smells heavenly!
