Ingredients

1 tbsp vegetable oil
200g chicken breast (free-range if possible), cut into strips
1/2 red pepper, sliced
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1/2 red onion, sliced
100g baby spinach leaves
1 jar Blue Dragon Sesame Soy & Spring Onion Yaki Sauce
250g Blue Dragon Soba Noodles (just undercooked and rinsed under cold water )
toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

Chicken Yakisoba

A Japanese classic!

Preparation:

Heat the oil in a wok.
Add the chicken and stir fry until almost cooked through.
Toss in the peppers, onions and spinach, stir fry for a further 2 minutes.
Add the Soba Noodles and Yaki Sauce, heat through.
Serve immediately with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds.

The secret to the perfect stir fry is to make sure the oil is piping hot before you put the ingredients in the pan or wok... more
