Avocado with Sweet Chilli Tuna
This recipe is ideal as a quick and healthy lunchtime bite – you can whip it up in minutes.
Preparation:
- Cut open the avocado and remove the stone to make 2 halves.
- Mix together the rest of ingredients, except the pepper, to create the tuna filling.
- Use a spoon to scoop the tuna filling into each half of the avocado. Sprinkle with black pepper and serve.
