Chicken Chow Mein
The Chinese stir-fried noodle dish that has been a classic in the UK for years
Preparation:
- Heat the oil in the wok, Add garlic and ginger. Stir fry to allow the aroma to be released.
- Add the peppers, mushrooms, spring onions and chicken and stir fry for 2 mins.
- Stir in the bean sprouts followed by the noodles.
- Drizzle the Soy Sauce and Sesame Oil in and stir fry until heated through.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately.
Useful tip:
100g dry noodles give about 250g ready for wok noodles... more
