Oriental Seabass and Two Asparagus Soup
A delicate soup that has the taste of the Orient
Preparation:
- Place the vegetable stock in a pan and bring to the boil.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the pan and simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender. After approximately 8 minutes add the sea bass fillet and poach for the remaining time (approx 4 minutes)
- To serve, pour the soup into a warm serving bowl, and with a fork flake the sea bass into the broth. Garnish with chilli flakes.
