Ingredients

  • 1 sea bass fillet
  • 300ml vegetable stock, hot
  • 25g samphire (sea asparagus)
  • 50g asparagus
  • 50g chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Blue Dragon Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Blue Dragon Sesame Oil
  • 100g, chopped shiitake mushrooms
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • For garnish, pinch dried chilli flakes

Oriental Seabass and Two Asparagus Soup

A delicate soup that has the taste of the Orient

Preparation:

  1. Place the vegetable stock in a pan and bring to the boil.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the pan and simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender. After approximately 8 minutes add the sea bass fillet and poach for the remaining time (approx 4 minutes)
  3. To serve, pour the soup into a warm serving bowl, and with a fork flake the sea bass into the broth. Garnish with chilli flakes.
