Thai Chicken Wraps with Spicy Sour Cream Dip
Perfect as a yummy light lunch
Preparation:
- Mix all the dip ingredients together and chill in the fridge.
- Mix together ½ of the Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce and all of the Blue Dragon Soy Sauce to make a marinade. Coat the chicken with the marinade.
- Heat the oil in a wok, add the marinated chicken pieces and fry them until lightly browned, then remove from the wok and put to one side.
- To make each wrap, place ¼ of the chicken onto the wrap, add some of the lettuce, red onion rings and cucumber strips as desired, then drizzle with the remaining Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce. Serve with the chilled spicy sour cream dip.
