Thai Red Pork Curry
A quick and easy pork curry that can be cooked in minutes
Preparation:
- Cut the pork fillet into thin slices. Heat the groundnut oil in a large wok and fry the Thai Red Curry Paste, Minced Ginger and Garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add the Coconut Milk to the wok, heat and then add the pork.
- Once the pork is cooked, add the juice of half a lime and sugar, to taste.
- Once this is piping hot serve scattered with thinly shredded red chilli.
