Punchy Pita Pockets
Perfect for lunch, a healthy pita pocket packed with punch
Preparation:
- Lightly toast the pita. When slightly cooled, split the pita down one side, end to end. Liberally spread the humous inside the pita, sprinkle over chopped coriander and pop in the lettuce.
- Finally drizzle over a little Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce.
