Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce

Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce is a rich blend of red chillies and garlic. It is one of Thailand’s favourite foods and is made from an authentic Thai recipe.

Essential dipping sauce for:
• Spring rolls
• Prawn crackers
• Thai fish cakes
Alternatively use it in stir fries, salad dressings and marinades or stir into mash.

Ingredients: Water, Red Chilli (20%), Sugar, Glucose - Fructose Syrup, Fresh Garlic (6%), Pickled Garlic (Fresh Garlic, Water, Salt, Acetic Acid) (5%), Thickener: Modified Tapioca Starch, Acetic Acid, Salt.

Allergy advice: May contain sesame.
