Sushi Su Rice Vinegar

"Su" is the Japanese word for Vinegar. Blue Dragon Sushi Su is Japanese rice vinegar whcih has been lightly seasoned with salt and sugar ready for adding to sushi rice to make maki-sushi. Sushi Su can also be used in place of Japanese rice vinegar in salad dressings and marinades alike.
Ingredients: Sugar, Water, Rice Vinegar (water, Glutinous Rice, Rice), Fermented Vinegar (water, Sugar), Salt, Flavour Enhancer: Monosodium Glutamate.
