All our dry noodles are made authentically using rice, wheat or egg. Medium Rice Noodles are great in Thai dishes such as Pad Thai, Fine Rice work particularly well in Vietnamese Pho soup, Egg are great in stir fries and both Wholewheat and Organic are superb for those who are particularly health conscious.

These wheat noodles are ready in an instant - just break up and add to stir-fries. Our noodles are healthier than some, as we don't use oil to preserve our noodles. We also provide unique varieties such as Chilli and Coriander Infused.
