If you cannot get hold of fresh or frozen kaffir lime leaves at a Chinese/ Oriental supermarket, you can find dried kaffir lime leaves in the spice aisle of most major supermarkets.
If you would prefer not to used dried kaffir lime leaves, a small grating of the zest of a lime will add a similar flavour.
