Teriyaki Marinade gives a great flavour to meat and fish.
To make your own teriyaki sauce, combine Blue Dragon Japanese soy sauce with an equal quantity (say 3 tablespoons) of Blue Dragon Mirin.
Try also adding some lemongrass, garlic or chilli for extra flavour.
