Yard Long Bean
This is the fresh bean from which black-eyed pea/bean (dried) is derived. They can grow up to several feet in length. The young beans have the most delicate flavour and are less stringy. Cut into bite-sized lengths. Also known as:asparagus bean, pea bean, cowpea, catjang, China pea and snake bean.
