Xo Sauce


Xo Sauce

Named after the highly prized XO cognac, XO sauce is a Cantonese sauce that was developed in the 1980's in Hong Kong.  Its made from a selection of roughly chopped dried seafoods, such as scallop, dried fish and shrimp that has been cooked with chilli, onion, garlic and oil.  It is served traditionally with seafood.
