Wonton

Wonton

Known as 'swallowing clouds' in Chinese cuisine, wontons are stuffed parcels, often found in soups. The wonton pastry skins are stuffed with a seasoned minced meat filling and are then poached in a soup or broth - their flapping tails look like floating clouds.
