Pickled Mustard Greens

Pickled Mustard Greens

Two types of pickled mustard greens exist; salty and sweet and salty and sour. Traditionally the sweet variety is eaten with rice soup or in a dried prawn and red shallot salad. The savoury version tastes best with curry, used as the vegetable in a sour orange curry, or perhaps in a soup.
