Peppercorns, Green
Green peppercorns grow on parasitic vines. They grow in bunches and hang from the vine like miniature bunches of grapes. They have a fresh, floral and citrusy heat and are picked when green - i.e. before they have ripened. They are used in Thai cuisine, especially in stir fries and curries.
