Pak Choi
A common Chinese ingredient sometimes known as 'little white cabbage' to differentiate it from the Chinese leaf. With dark green leaves and white stems - it resembles Swiss chard. It has a mild, distinct cabbage flavour. Also known as: bok choy (Chinese), Chinese White cabbage.
