Eryngo


Eryngo

Used in Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam. It is served raw as a flavour accent, but is also used in cooked dishes. Works particularly well with offal. Also known as: Saw tooth herb, curiander, foreign coriander, pak chee farang (Thailand), ngo gai (Vietnam).
