Cloud Ear Mushrooms
Believed to be good for the blood and the circulation. They are found dehydrated, with a hard black surface and a soft chamois-leather type underside. When re-hydrated they are floppy, increase in size and are prized for their cartilaginous texture. Also known as: Wood ear, tree ear, het huu nuu (Thai).
