Chinese Chives
More garlicky than the western equivalent, these are popular in stir fries such as pad Thai. Flowering chives taste very similar but have a pretty, delicate bud at the tip and often are lightly dressed with Oyster sauce. Also known as: Garlic chives, koo chye, gau choy (Chinese), kui chaai (Thai).
