Black Bean, Fermented Salted
These are black soy beans which are fermented and heavily salted. They can be sold in cans or in bags covered in salt crystals. They just need a quick rinse under cold water before use. The beans are used in the famous Beef in Black Bean sauce dish we have grown to love.
