Aubergines, Baby
Various colours from white and green, purple or yellow. They are round, the size of a plum and taste crisp, clean and nutty. Used in curries and salad, they can be either cooked or eaten raw. Also known as: Garden aubergine, apple aubergine, makhua khun (Thai).
